An elegant luxury hotel I will definitely recommend. The Serve is great and done with a smile from the front desk to housekeeping. The breakfast is a huge selection and it is fresh. They know how to fry an egg. The hotel is centrally situated and it is easy to get anywhere. Definitely worth the stay

A Hotel Near Central Station and Multiple Tram and Subway Lines

The hotel is a 10-minute walk from Central Station (Warszawa Centralna). The immense lobby was impressive, brightly lit, and elegant. I found the young staff at the concierge desk to be efficient and helpful. My room (703), located on the top floor, did not seem to have any contiguous rooms so I heard nothing from nearby guests. It was very spacious, well designed, and was remarkably well lit (including a light inside the closet). While facing the inner courtyard did not yield a noteworthy view, it was preferable to me because the room was shielded from street noise. Unlike most hotels, the windows can be opened. I tend to be sensitive to extraneous sounds so when I state it is a quiet hotel, it is VERY quiet! The bathroom was sizable, although would benefit from more counter space (there is room on the wall or under the sink). There was a shaving/make-up mirror and hair dryer available. Soap was via liquid dispensers at the sink and in the shower. The room had a hot-pot with an assortment of tea, high-speed internet, and a desk with electrical outlets at desk level. Bottled water (500mL) was provided and replaced without additional charge. While I tend to decline hotel breakfasts which I find are overpriced, limited, and predictable, I chose to have breakfast at this hotel. There was a plethora of options – a generous variety of high-quality breads, pastries, made to order omelets, cheese, meats, fruit and options in chafing pans such as scrambled eggs, bacon, grilled tomatoes, and perogies. There was yogurt with healthy toppings such as bran, seeds, and nuts, as well as salad options. They even offered two types of smoothies which changed daily. The choices were high quality and vast. Coffee machines dispensed several options and yielded a good cup. Before closing, I must admit to having had an odd experience with one of the front desk employees. After carefully researching restaurants prior to my arrival, I had a reservation at one that was close to the hotel, and asked the employee for directions. Instead of responding appropriately (it wasn’t a difficult task), he assertively recommended another restaurant (which, it turned out, had multiple negative TripAdvisor reviews). I was perplexed by his response. Perhaps he had some gains to be made by making the referral. That was my only questionable experience and it in no way would deter me from returning. I originally booked this hotel in 2020 but had to cancel because of lock-down. It was well worth the wait!

Our stay at Polonia Palace in Warsaw was fantastic! Located just steps from the central station, the hotel boasts a prime location. We enjoyed our spacious Deluxe room with a very comfy bed. Everything was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread was impressive. Although there was no minibar and some street noise, neither was a significant issue. Highly recommend for a comfortable and convenient stay!

Polonia Palace is a great convenient location to a shopping mall, train station and many restaurants. Lobby is beautiful always with fresh flowers. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very comfortable and have nice views. This hotel speaks many languages.
